For a bit of yoga and pilates, Zero Fitness Dance Studio introduces yogilates. A great workout for backache, slipdics, shoulders and neck pain, the session begins with a pilates warm up before continuing with yoga stretches to finish it off. You may need a mini ball and flexband for this class.
