Influential Flamenco-Andalusí group Chekara Flamenca will perform 'Tan cerca, tan lejos' (So near, so far) in Asia for the first time at George Town Festival 2016. The Spanish dance company preserves the rich musical heritage of Christians, Moriscos and gypsies by combining flamenco movements with the Andalusian music of Morocco known as al-ala.
