Katnook's Wine Dinner at The View

Katnook's wine dinner will be hosted in a new venue this year and promises a selection of high quality vinos from the wine region of Coonawarra in South Australia. Katnook Founder's Block sauvignon blanc 2011 and merlot 2010, Katnook Estate's Chardonnay 2008 and Prodigy Shiraz 2006 will be paired with a five-course dinner that includes pepper crusted tuna medallion with salmon caviar, pan seared quail breast and goat cheese crusted lamb loin. Dessert of cappuccino mascarpone cream coupled with passion fruit panna cotta and ginger creme anglaise will accompany the Dow Fine Ruby Port. Lastly, delectable pralines with fresh brewed coffee or tea will end your evening on a high note.
