The class kicks off early in the morning with a trip to the local wet market where Nazlina herself will help you shop for fresh ingredients with interesting anecdotes to colour your tour. Then, the group will walk back to her cooking station on Stewart Lane where the cooking of local favourites like laksa, char koay teow, curry kapitan, nasi lemak, satay and more will begin.
