Led by author of Penang Heritage Food, Dr. Ong Jin Teong, his weekend classes are divided into Hainanese's Favourites on Saturday (Hainanese chicken pie as well as mushroom and glass noodle soup) and Hainan Tea Break Nibbles on Sunday (Hainanese roti ayam and min chee).
