There's nothing more comforting than a loaf of freshly-baked bread in the morning. Under the tutelage of restauranteur Teresa Capol, gather useful tips on the right places to shop for bread flour to learning the best way to knead a bread dough. The class comes with a bread-baking demonstration and a lunch consisting of two soups, a platter of cheese and cold cuts as well as dessert. This demo only accommodates 15 people, so reserve your seat early.
