Via Pre celebrates our Independence Day with a Sunday brunch of Malaysian-Venezuelan dishes. Sharpen your knives and savour their intriguing spread of fried eggs asparagus with fontina and white alba truffle, 'reconstructed' Vitello tonato and Italian 'Cinta Senese' black feet pig ravioli with porcini sauce. The brunch will be held in separate timings but we suggest spending extra for an afternoon brunch with live music.
