Uncle Zack by the Beach has this weekly Steak Flambe Night where guests can choose how their steak is done. This carnivorous feast begins with a choice of wagyu beef or Australian black angus that is either pepper-crusted or pan-seared. Once it's grilled to your specification, your steak will be topped with a light brandy demi-glazed cream sauce for that lip-smacking finish. Lastly, they'll be served with baked potato and fresh greens.
