In celebration of Tropical Spice Garden's 10th year anniversary, they'll be hosting two of their best known cooking classes namely 'Cook like a Nyonya' by Pearly Kee and 'Authentic Malay' by Rohana Turner. Perfectly timed for brunch, Pearly Kee will share tips and tricks on whipping out Nyonya favourites such as kerabu bee hoon and black glutinous rice with coconut cream. Rohana Turner will take the lead after lunch with her spin of Malay classics in the likes of ayam masak merah (chicken in red gravy) and pickle pineapple salad.
