World Animal Day at SPCA Penang

Celebrating World Animal Day, SPCA Penang will be giving away free neutering vouchers worth RM150 (for a dog) and RM100 (for a cat). Only limited to first 40 pets to drop by at the shelter, this voucher will be rewarded to eligible pet owners on a first come first serve basis. Remember to download their application form from their Facebook page prior to your visit. The giveaway is only applicable on World Animal Day (Oct 5).
