Hard Rock Cafe transforms into a spook town this Halloween and if you're planning to come, don your best Oriental Mystic get-up or Western Gothic-themed outfits. This Thursday, the Amber Chia Academy will show you how it's done with a make up showcase and you'll surely nod your heads to rock-steady jams by Deviate. Drink promotion will be available during the party but don't forget to score your own Halloween look from the Amber Chia Academy Penang's booth at the lobby from 6pm until 8pm.
