Cinema Perpetuum Mobile in Penang

The Cinema Perpetuum Mobile (CPM) International Short Film Festival is all about promoting human values through art and independent cinematography. The mobile edition of the film festival will take place in The Whiteaways Arcade and host a series of ten film screenings. Free admission for anyone with prior registration and seats are available on first come first serve basis.
