Sandwiched in between George Town Literary Festival and Penang Jazz Festival, the In-Between Arts Festival (IbAF) will be hosted by Hin Bus Depot this year. 'Food' is the theme at this year's festival, so visitors can look forward to appetising presentations, exhibitions, workshops and contests revolving around food's role in art and culture.
