Moderated by Senior Executive Officer of Penang Institute, Steven Sim, this forum will take on the subject of Penang and Selangor's model governance and the issues faced in the country's lopsided federalism. Fellow panelists include Penang Institute's Executive Director, Prof Datuk Woo Wing Thye and Selangor's Seri Setia State Assemblyman, YB Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad. The day then continues with a book launch by political analyst and Penang Monthly's columnist Tricia Yeoh.
