The Typist

Murray Schisgal's London hit, 'The Typist' receives a local treatment under the directorial lead of Wong Lay Chin, The play centers on James Wong who landed a job as a typist in a two-employee office. Despite reassuring his colleague, Miss Lee that his employment is merely temporary, he finds himself in a strange friendship with Miss Lee as they share each other's wild imagination, family dilemmas and big ambitions as years pass. 'The Typist' will be performed in Penang Hokkien language with English subtitles.
