Think City presents Obstacles to Cultural Change Implementation

Think City is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad that spearheads urban regeneration in George Town through city's livability and social capital. Aligned with the creation of a demonstrative project at KOMTAR Phase 5, a public talk will be held to engage audiences to the subject of 'Placemaking' - a take on the growing global movement that unleashes the best of professional knowledge and skills among local communities. Speakers of the day are Cynthia M. Nikitin and Elena Madison from New York's Project for Public Spaces inc.. There will also be a few activities to lighten up the mood such as 24 drums performance by Penang Chinese Girls High School and artisans from Little Penang Street Market.
