The peripatetic PHP seemed to have settled down in a Staré Mêsto courtyard until the devastating floods in 2002 drowned its showroom. After a few years on Wenceslas Square, it has been planning a move to a new permanent space on Revoluční street; when it reopens it will be reborn as an institution with state funding, with vast capacity in two separate halls to stage major retrospectives and group shows.
