Expectations were high for the Four Seasons' long-awaited arrival in Prague a few years back, and the hotel has matched or bettered them all. The well-located property offers a sort of all-in-one preview of Prague's best architecture, but although the hotel is a seamless melding of restored Gothic, baroque, Renaissance and neoclassical buildings, guests will be hard-pressed to catch even a whiff of musty history. Moneyed visitors will want to reserve the top-flight rooms with sweeping views of Prague Castle and Charles Bridge before dining in Allegro, proud possessor of the nation's first Michelin star.
