An architectural treasure, the Municipal House was restored in the mid 1990s to its stunning original art nouveau state. It's built around the Smetana Hall, home to the Prague Symphony Orchestra; the PSO launches Prague Spring here most years, a tradition that dates back half a century. Listen to Smetana variations on folk tunes while gazing at the ceiling mosaics of old Czech myths (and the president sitting in his box at stage right) for an authentic Bohemian reverie.
