As French as it gets in Prague, Chez Marcel attracts a local crowd drawn by its appealing brass accents, copies of Le Monde and views on to a lovely Old Town square. It also makes the deepest quiche in town, which goes well with the big baskets of crispy fries, dappled with Dijon mustard. By night, it's quieter, but still a good hangout in which to enjoy a glass of burgundy and a long conversation.
