The seven-course menu offered here will take up most of an afternoon or evening, promising 'the flavours and tastes of molecular cuisine'. That the restaurant generally pulls it off is no mean feat - and makes the pretension forgiveable. Choose from three fixed-price meals: Bohemian Bourgeoise, Earth & Sea or Traditional Bohemian, featuring Wagyu beef, organic Argentine ribs, sweetbreads, tongue, truffles, and Valrhona Jivara chocolate. Not all at once.
