One of Prague's best Italian restaurants is located in quiet Vinohrady, mercifully off the tourist radar. Inside, the rough wood and brick interiors bely authoritative kitchen staff, offering fine presentation of everything from the six-seafood antipasti platter to veal on saffron risotto with thyme. There's also a list of excellent wines, fairly priced and drawn from all around the boot.
