With several booming locations in Prague and beyond, Grosseto specialises in flame-cooked pizzas. Most notable among them is the four-cheese version: beware of lesser imitations elsewhere using anything called eidam or hermelín (generic Czech cheeses). The minestrone is wonderfully hearty, too, and carpaccio in rich tomato sauce is perfect for sopping up with the complimentary fresh, hot peasant bread.
