Pretty much packed with revellers since its opening in 2002, the Czech branch of the 60-year-old Havana institution that claims credit for inventing the mojito (and hooking Hemingway on it, of course) is a jumping joint. Attractions include salsa bands, Cuban and creole seafood, and oceans of good rum.
