One of the last great, old-style coffeehouse bars, this buzzy spot is where Czech literati such as Gustav Meyrink and Franz Werfel tippled before it became a Jazz Age hotspot. Creative miscreants still gather around the threadbare settees and battered tables for late-night talk and dodgy red wine.
