An LA-style coffee and muffin shop, Káva Káva Káva satisfies caffeine cravings with beans ranging from Guatemalan arabica to Sumatra dark roast. It's refreshingly laid-back for this upmarket district, but you'll pay as much as you would at Starbucks.
