Before World War II, the Alcron was a byword for a top-class night on the town. The name was borne by the predecessor to what is now the Radisson, where the restaurant lurks in a side room off the lobby. Over just seven tables, seafood master Roman Paulus casts lobster bisque and smoked eel with black truffles and savoury sauces. Lunch is by prior arrangement only.
