The winner of the Czech Republic's first Michelin star, the Four Seasons' flagship was brought up to world-class speed by chef Vito Mollica, who has since passed on the mantle. The menu, an inspired Tuscan-meets-Czech list, features delights like veal fillet, pan-fried foie gras and truffles or monkfish saltimbocca. The wine list is just as great, and the terrace looks out on Prague Castle across the Vltava.
