Bellevue review Rate it
An early leader on the Prague dining scene, the formal and traditional Bellevue still delivers, although service can be inconsistent and the menu hasn't evolved in years. But veal loin in black truffle sauce and fallow venison in juniper reduction still go mighty well with Sunday jazz brunch. There are wonderful views of Prague Castle, one reason why booking is essential.
