I have to say that whilst I love food of all types & varieties, I can probably not be considered a foodie as I am possibly too easily pleased. I did however eat here with 8 other friends and we all very much enjoyed the experience; food, service & ambiance. The restaurant was warm & intimate and whilst the music was maybe a little too loud to clearly hear a friend who was sitting three places down without raising your voice significantly, all in all we felt very relaxed & comfortable. The food was considered by all to be very good & ample with a nice variety and with a great value set meal (although with no vegetarian option available without specifically asking for it). The service was very quick and friendly and could not be faulted and the bill came to under £20 per person including a bottle of wine, a glass of wine & a beer (although we mostly ordered main courses & bread accompaniments). All in all a very nice place to eat but probably best for groups of 6 or less (unless you don't mind asking them to turn down the music).

Small tables, service without a smile but luckily food not too bad. Would not recommend couscous dish as it was very dry. Glad we tried it but wouldnt go again. Only perk was location and good price. Very humiliated to be asked (or rather chased) by staff member demanding to know why we didnt tip??!!!
