I had been recommended this restaurant so decided to see if I could get a table without a booking last Thursday - their website says "just turn up" so I did. Needless to say I didnt stay after their extremely rude staff - when asked if there was a table available, the answer was an unhelpful "No." Then asking how long it would be to wait and could we wait, the waitress uttered "45 mins" as she pushed past us. Then she return to ask us to get out of her way as we were blocking the corridor. I wont be going back as this restuarant clearly doesnt understand the concept of customer service.
