The Fiddler's Elbow review Rate it

One of the oldest, best-known pubs in Rome, the Fiddler's Elbow has a basic wooden-benched interior that hasn't changed for years. Though Italy's smoking ban means it's no longer a fume-filled dive, it still succeeds in giving the impression of being one.
