Bartaruga review

This exotic baroque locale - in peach and midnight blue, with divans, candelabra and a grand piano - overlooks one of the most exquisite fountains in Rome, not to mention a square that has just been restored and provided with that most unusual of Roman accessories: benches. A crowd of beautiful, eccentric people make the most of the backdrop (while trying hard to ignore the rather surly bar staff).
