Horrendous neon lighting, surly staff… and some of Rome's most delicious ice-cream. These are the hallmarks of this long-running bar by the justice ministry. The rice specialities stand out: imagine eating frozen, partially cooked rice pudding and you'll get the picture. Riso alla cannella (cinnamon rice) is particularly wonderful.
