A restaurant, cocktail bar and disco (generally, but not always, on Fridays and Saturdays), Bloom is cooler than ice. A fashionable crowd hangs out in its designer interiors. At Bloom you can eat in the sushi bar, sip an aperitivo, dance or simply relax at the bar while you check out other people's outfits. The door policy can be strict, and booking is essential for dinner as there are only 25 seats.
