If you've slogged up here to visit Villa Pamphili or the site of Garibaldi's doomed battle with the French on the Gianicolo, rest your weary bones on the wooden benches of this tiny bar with an intimate, chatty feel. Carrots and apples are juiced on the spot and a good range of interesting sandwiches and light meals - along with outside tables (slightly too close to passing traffic for comfort) overlooking the Porta di San Pancrazio - make it a good spot for a drink or a snack.
