It's easy to forget you're in Rome in this ultra-modern venue. The name (crudo means raw) conveys perfectly the sheer freshness of the place's style and ingredients. The dazzling designer interior - art installations, plasma screens, leather sofas, DJs - has some of the best aperitivi in town, and glamourous dining after you've downed them.
