This Roman institution in the down-at-heel Esquilino neighbourhood has a mind-boggling (and often strikingly ugly) assortment of clothes, shoes, luggage, jewellery and linen. If you've got the patience to rummage through four floors of bargain bins and racks you will probably find something - and it will be very cheap.
