Named in honour of the constitutional diktat repealing Prohibition, this brewpub gets packed with Giants fans looking to load up on good, nicely priced booze (a mix of own-label beers and guests) before getting soaked by the exorbitant beer prices inside the stadium. At other times, it's a standard brewpub, with decent food and a convivial atmosphere.
