Dining Room review Rate it

The Dining Room has a global reputation and a waitstaff-to-diner ratio of almost 1:1. It's opulent without being over the top, although it can feel a little serious. The modern French menu is inventive and artfully executed by chef Ron Siegel (the first non-Japanese to win the Iron Chef contest), as are the famous seasonal speciality menus, such as the annual white truffle festival. Master sommelier Stephane Lacroix will guide you to an appropriate wine; the bar list of single malts is one of the largest in the US.
