One of the hottest restaurants in town, Nopa's attractions include the wood-fired oven, and the late hours - unusual in a city where many kitchens pack up at 10pm. Italian- and Med-inspired ('urban rustic') dishes can show an inventive use of ingredients - like pasta with home-smoked bacon, brussels sprouts and goat's cheese. Others are more classic - the likes of pork chop with cannellini beans, wilted greens and salsa verde. The interior is spacious, with high wood beams, the ambience is pleasantly casual.
