Opened in 2006 by chef Thomas Peña and his partner, Regalito offers Mexican-style cooking at its best. Hearty enchiladas verdes, delicately spiced chilli relleno, and the pollo regalito - roast chicken marinated in lemon or chilli-garlic sauce - represent an authentic taste of California's other native cuisine.
