This beautiful, whimsically shaped (meant to resemble an overturned champagne glass) restaurant is one of the best high-dollar special-occasion eateries in the state. Chef Traci Des Jardins continues to seek out the best and most environmentally friendly local ingredients. Starters can be a meal in themselves, but save room for the stellar mains (or try the $125 tasting menu). The wine list has pages of sparklers.
