You might never have thought of Hello Kitty and friends as speed demons, but they’ll be unleashing their inner cattiness through a series of car, sailboat and tricycle races. There will also be lion dances, Chinese cultural shows, and a collection of lanterns to be set afloat in the garden’s lake.
