This exhibit offers a glimpse of the enormity of Chinese history through the small window of the stamp. On display will be stamps featuring dragons, scenes from the Beijing opera, artefacts, the work of master painters, Chinese calligraphy, literature and more. Of particular interest are the stamps from the time of the Cultural Revolution when they were used to reinforce Communist ideals.
