Not as widely recognised as his counterparts, Hyperlive has a mix album entitled Rewired, which exudes an electro-punk flavour with heavy drumming – not surprising as the DJ cites German electro duo Digitalism as one of his faves at the moment. Not much else is known of this DJ except that he formed a rock ’n’ roll band under the Hyper moniker featuring Prodigy member Leeroy Thornhill and ex-Pitchshifter guitarist Jim Davies. Their album We Control unleashed them on clubs and festival stages from Glastonbury to the Sziget Festival in Hungary.
