Why risk accidents and jail by driving after a boozy night out? These services offer tipsy punters a guilt-free ride home

It’s just like calling a cab, but instead of getting picked up in a blue, yellow or white car, you’ll be sent home in your own ride. After calling Comfort’s Drink Jockey Service, the operator will arrange for a driver to meet you at your end-of-night watering hole and drive you – and your car – home. $60; two stops $70; three to a maximum of four stops $80 (6552 0700, www.comforttransportation.com.sg).

The Drive Home Service
Brought to you by Bacardi-Martini Singapore and Octopus Holdings, drinking spots along Tanjong Pagar (24 Duxton Road), at 31 Circular Road and Kampong Bahru will offer ‘complimentary chauffeured service’ if you’re too sozzled to drive home. Stumble up to the Bacardi Booth, pay $15, and you’re handed a coupon.
$15; any exceeding amount will be met by Bacardi-Martini.

Speed Valet
Find yourself staggering in the middle of nowhere trying to find your car? This 24-hour service will pick you up from wherever you are. If you’re having a girls’ night out and would rather have a fellow sister drive you home, they’re available upon request.
