Shaolin Girl
First there was Shaolin Soccer (2001), so why not let the girls play ball this time? In Japan’s answer to the Hong Kong hit, Rin (Shibasaki) is a martial arts expert who packs a punch. After spending years in the temple training with monks, Rin decides to return to Hong Kong when her grandfather’s martial arts school faces TKO.
