There’s a certain haunting quality to Shyamalan’s films, and like The Sixth Sense, Signs and The Village, there is a lot left to the imagination even after you’ve seen The Happening’s trailer. In this new film, the world faces an unknown threat, which isn’t terrorism (for once).
