The Stylophone is back in style courtesy of laptop synthesist The Analog Girl

A really convenient feature of the new and improved Stylophone enables me to connect my iPod directly into the instrument and the music gets pumped through the Stylophone’s built-in speakers. This means I can jam and compose on top of my music using the Stylophone. For live shows, I could be playing beats off my MacBook Pro while I improvise using the Stylophone. I especially love the vibrato function, which gives you that funky oscillating sound. You can easily come up with a quirky tune by sliding the stylus across the keyboard. David Bowie did it, The Bravery did it, and now it’s time for The Analog Girl to do it!
